Bazaar Meat Launches Annual Truffle Festival

 

LAS VEGAS (Jan. 31, 2020) – Bazaar Meat by José Andrés announces its annual Truffle Festival, beginning Friday, Jan. 31 and available through the end of truffle season, likely mid-February, at SAHARA Las Vegas. For a limited time, guests can indulge in a tasting menu featuring fragrant and exquisite black truffles at their peak potency.The Truffle Festival tasting menu features delectable dishes and pairings highlighting an elite selection of fresh truffles, including the Burrata Cheese Spoon with a liquid truffle sphere, hazelnut and sage; Croquetas de Jamón with quince and truffle; Kobe Airbread with onion jam and parmesan espuma; Beet & Citrus Salad featuring payoyo cheese, blood orange and Buddha’s hand; 63-degree Egg with potato espuma, crestas, farro and white truffle; Vittore Carpaccio 2020 made with one-year aged Snake River Farms Ribeye, served with Tetilla pan de cristal. Desserts include a display of decadent cream puffs, eclairs, cakes and assorted tarts.

The menu is specially curated by Bazaar Meat Executive Chef Alex Pitts along with José Andrés’ team at ThinkFoodGroup. Truffle Festival will be featured at several other ThinkFoodGroup restaurants across the country, including all Bazaar locations.
