2019 New Member Tier Match Terms & Conditions

  1. The “New Member Tier Match and 2X Multiplier” is open to all new sign up Club 52 card members who provide an email and an unexpired, top tier club card from select properties upon sign up for the Club 52 Card.
  2. The Promotion will be available September 10, 2019 at 10:00am to November 30, 2019 at 11:59pm.
  3. New members will receive Club 52 Legend tier status as a one-time courtesy valid from day of sign up through November 30, 2019.
  4. New members must provide a valid photo ID and their unexpired, top tier players club card from one of the card tier options listed below:
  • Caesars Rewards – Seven Stars or Diamond
  • MLife – Platinum or Noir
  • Tropicana mychoice – The Owners Club and Elite
  • Strat True Rewards – Legit or Epic
  • Westgate WOW Rewards – Platinum or Diamond
  • Golden Nugget 24K Select Club– Chairman or Elite
  • Boydgaming B Connected – Onyx or Titanium
  • Station Casinos MyBoarding Pass – President or Chairman
  • Grand Sierra Resort Club Grand – Ultimate, Epic, or Infinite
  1. In addition, new members will receive 2X points on reels valid on the day of sign up.
  2. Members must swipe at the kiosk between 12:00am-11:59pm on the day that they sign up to receive the multiplier.
  3. Multiplier will be awarded for gaming play on day it’s issued from the kiosk.
  4. The maximum points on Slots is 75,000.
  5. Points will be multiplied on the member’s account within 48 hours.
  6. Participation in this promotion constitutes Club 52 member’s agreement to abide by the Official Rules of Club 52 and the decisions of SLS Las Vegas. Complete copies of all SLS Las Vegas promotion rules and policies are available at the Club 52 desk.
  7. By participating in this promotion, each winner hereby gives their permission and consent to allow SLS Las Vegas and its affiliated companies to use their name, likeness, photograph, video or image for promotional purposes without compensation.
  8. SLS Las Vegas is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of this promotion; or for any malfunctions, defects, or failure of any equipment, hardware, or software used in connection with this promotion.
  9. Management will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision shall be final and binding for all participants in this promotion. Any dispute over these official rules is subject to the investigation and adjudication by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
  10. SLS Las Vegas management reserves the right to change, cancel or modify this offer and adjust the promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  11. SLS Las Vegas reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, that a patron is an “advantage player” and therefore ineligible to participate in the Promotion or otherwise limit such individual’s participation in the Promotion. Any such “advantage player” who is already a member of Club 52 prior to the commencement of the Promotion may be notified by SLS Las Vegas prior to the commencement of the Promotion of any such ineligibility or limitation determination. Otherwise, any such “advantage player” will be notified by SLS Las Vegas of any ineligibility or limitation determination as soon as possible after such determination is made.
  12. Any participant that has been trespassed, excluded or barred from SLS Las Vegas will be disqualified from this Promotion and points earned in connection with the Promotion shall be forfeited.
  13. SLS Las Vegas reserves the right to deny participation in the promotion or revoke Club 52 card account at any time in its sole discretion.
  14. Participants in this Promotion also hereby agree that all issues and questions concerning these Official Rules, or the Promotion shall be governed by Nevada law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this promotion or any prize awarded may be subject to the Dispute Resolution provisions of the Nevada Gaming Control Act and may be resolved pursuant to a regulatory decision as set forth in NRS 463.362. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this promotion or any prize awarded that are not subject to the Dispute Resolution provisions of the Nevada Gaming Control Act and not resolved pursuant to a regulatory decision set forth in NRS 463.362, shall be:

resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (B) Filed only in the state or federal courts situated in Clark County, Nevada, and each participant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees or court costs; and under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for third parties, and each participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, exemplary, incidental, special, consequential damages or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
